What plan should I choose?

What plan you should choose depends on the nature of your business. If you run a small business or blog, our CHIP1 or CHIP 2 plan will sufficiently fulfill your business requirements. These plans allow you to host a single website. If you are an SME, run a group of companies or if you want to host more than one website, you can go for other plans. Free Email hosting is included in all our hosting plans.

What happens if I did not make payment on time?

We offer an overdue grace period of 7 days exceeding which your account will be suspended. If your account suspends, you can reactivate it by contacting our customer service with $50 management fee. However, you might not be able to retrieve data once the account suspends.

What form of payments do you accept?

You can choose to pay on monthly or yearly basis. We accept 3 types of payment options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque.

How monthly payment works?

We will send you an invoice 15 days in advance for next month payment. We offer an overdue grace period of 7 days, exceeding which your account will be suspended.

We will send you an invoice 30 days in advance for next year payment. We offer an overdue grace period of 7 days, exceeding which your account will be suspended.
